In a 8-year challenge at Fannie Mae, I led the DevJoy team to conquer digitizing loan pricing rules in February 2022. Our mission: create a groundbreaking solution for efficient and accurate loan pricing.
In November 2020, I initiated a transformative project, uniting innovation and empathy. It established a lifeline for urgent mental health care, connecting individuals with dedicated psychiatrists 24/7 through groundbreaking telemedicine.
Between Nov 2020 and Mar 2023, I led a project to revamp EHR systems for Psychiatrists, focusing on simplicity and patient care. Collaborating with stakeholders, psychiatrists, and tech teams, we tailored the solution to AryaNow's vision.
In this transformative project, I played a pivotal role in reshaping the Banorte omnichannel experience. From revamping ATMs and IVR systems to optimizing digital products and mobile apps, our team worked tirelessly to elevate user interactions across all touchpoints. This endeavor reflects our commitment to delivering seamless, user-centric banking experiences that empower Banorte's customers in the digital age.
From 2019 to early 2022, I played a pivotal role in the transformative journey of the Developer Portal. My involvement in this project brought about a comprehensive redesign, resulting in an elevated user experience and streamlined developer interactions.
Since 2013, I've immersed myself in User Research, including usability testing, eye tracking, ethnography, and diverse methodologies. I want to share my process and showcase some of my work.
